Vicki Gunvalson Sued For Fraud Over Vicki’s Vodka Business Deal

Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson has landed in some legal trouble with her Vicki's Vodka business partner, Robert Williamson III. Robert, a professional poker player, is suing Vicki and boyfriend Brooks Ayers for fraud, alleging the couple was trying to profit unjustly from the business.

Robert and Vicki Gunvalson agreed to a 50/50 ownership of the business, but Vicki gave Brooks 16.67 percent of her ownership without telling Robert. Brooks then sold his portion to Robert for $50,000 and said he needed the money to pay off some debts. But after the deal took place, Vicki demanded ownership revert back to a 50/50 split, despite the fact Robert had paid extra for his additional share of the company.

Adding to the trouble? Vicki slapped Robert with a cease and desist email after he attempted to move the business along without her input. Robert is now seeking hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages, interest, and attorney's fees.
