It had been recently announced that Vicki is trying to pull the plug on her ill-fated Vicki's Vodka company. But now her ex-business partner, Robert Williamson III, is claiming she has no right to do so, according to Radar Online. Oy.
Vicki's attempt to end the business is “nothing more than an obvious charade,” says Robert's attorney. “It is absolutely clear who owns Vicki’s Vodka and who is supposed to have operational control over the project.”
“She doesn’t have the ability to ‘pull the plug,’” adds the attorney, claiming that Robert owns 66.7% of the enterprise. “And it’s pretty clear she knows that.”
Robert and his attorney feel that Vicki is just making a public display of attempting to the end the business as a way of saving face.
Robert is currently suing Vicki for fraud and breach of contract, along with a slew of other allegations. He is also suing Brooks Ayers, Vicki's on-again, off-again paramour. Robert had dropped the litigation against Vicki earlier this year but is back to suing her again.
Frankly, we're not sure why anyone would still want Vicki's Vodka to exist, given all the drama it's caused. And here we thought that bacon-flavored vodka was actually a pretty good idea.
