Not only is Vicki Gunvalson down one skeezy boyfriend (we’re looking at you, Brooks Ayers) but she’s also down 22 pounds!

You may have noticed the Real Housewives of Orange County OG was looking slimmer during last night’s Season 11 premiere and now we’re finding out exactly how she ditched the weight.

“I changed a lot of things,” the 54-year-old told Entertainment Tonight about losing pounds in her shoulders and midsection. “You know, when life gives you changes, change everything.”

The insurance maven went on to reveal just how she accomplished this impressive feat — and it involves cutting her diet to 500 calories a day and cutting out alcohol.

“No carbs, so I just did lettuce and grapefruit in the morning … celery, carrots, whatever it could be. Just very raw, and then nothing really for lunch. I would just do water, lemon water. Hot lemon water,” she said. “And then at night, I would just have salad and protein, and it worked!”

So basically homegirl ate a whole lot of nothing.

But the reality TV star also credited getting out of a “depressed state” with her controversial ex-beau, beginning a relationship with a new man, and realizing that her metabolism has changed since getting older.
