There have been well over a thousand deaths on The Walking Dead since the show debuted, and a very small percentage of this number were living before they were killed. Most of these characters have been long since forgotten.

Dale was so annoying, you probably forgot him by choice. He was at the helm of the RV most of the time, and had a pretty disgusting death on the farm. Dale was supposed to make it much further in the show, but actor Jeffrey DeMunn asked to be killed off.

These two hippies were so lovable, but we knew they never stood a chance the minute we saw them. Carol met them and trusted them almost immediately, but eventually Ana was attacked by walkers on a run and Sam disappeared. We later saw him in Terminus where he got his throat cut at the trough.
