And it will be a special affair as the episode is set to run for an extended 85 minutes rather than its typical 60.

The episode, entitled “Service,” will be the first time we return to Rick and the gang after Abraham and Glenn’s brutal killings.

The second episode focused on the introduction of The Kingdom with Carol and Morgan while the third episode will take us inside The Sanctuary.

This is where Negan and his Saviours are based, and where Daryl is held captive.

The last time we saw Rick, however, was in the season opener, where he was emotionally and physically tortured by Negan and forced to comply with his demands.

In previews we even see the leader saying, “I’m not in charge anymore, Negan is.”
