Another newbie apparently joining the fold is a teenager named “Blake.”

Spoil The Dead revealed (via TheInquisitr.comTWD is looking for a teenage boy to play the role in Season 7. The teen will apparently be introduced in the first half of the season and have a recurring role in the second half.

Described as “warm-hearted and scruffy, and one whose sarcasm is as close as he gets to antagonizing others,” Blake cares deeply about others and wants to protect them, aiming to take on more responsibility and duties.

He has no comic book counterpart that we can think of, but we’re psyched to be getting some new bodies on set!

The Walking Dead Season 7 will premiere in the fall on AMC.
