‘The Walking Dead’ Promotes 3 Actors to Series Regular for Season 8
AMC’s The Walking Dead already has a monster cast, but it’s about to get a whole lot bigger.
Three of the show’s cast members have just been promoted to series regulars!
We’ve only just met the Scavengers’ backstabbing leader Jadis, but it looks like we’ll be getting to know the mysterious newcomer a whole lot more in Season 8.
Jadis actress Pollyanna McIntosh will be increasing her duties in the coming season.
TVLine reports dark horse Savior Simon (played by emerging fan favorite Steven Ogg) will be taking on a much more substantial role in Season 8 as well.
Simon has easily been one of Negan’s most formidable goons, leading to an ever-growing fanbase for the loyal lackey.
Lastly, after two seasons of fighting Saviors and walkers side-by-side with the Alexandrians, Enid’s Katelyn Nacon will finally be given her dues.
After finally experiencing her first big standoff scene in Oceanside in Season 7, the 17-year-old actress has been given full cast member status.
Hopefully, we’ll see the young survivor really come into her own next season.
Which newly promoted character is your fave? Tell us in the comments!
