Here’s something to chew on as we wait for the October premiere of The Walking Dead Season 4. According to SpoilerTV, Season 4, Episode 4 is currently titled "Indifference" and “a thin, friendly 20-something man and woman are being cast.”
Sometimes titles get changed down the road, but that’s interesting — even if the title hints to a lack of interest on someone’s part. (Carl? When all else fails, blame a lack of concern on Carl.) Maybe this man and woman will end up joining the prison group, if that group still exists as we know it by the time we get to Episode 4.
After all, we have that time jump coming, of more than three months but less than a year. And we’ve seen some kind of military base on set. We’ve also heard great things about Episode 1, and Norman Reedus (Daryl) said these are the best scripts to date, but so far this is the first episode to have a title leaked.
Update: On June 4, TVLine confirmed the title and added some details on the episode, writing, "Next season’s fourth episode is titled 'Indifference' and will introduce us to two new survivors, Jack and Erin. Both are in their 20s and described as easygoing and 'extremely thin.' Jack’s a bit of a joker, while Erin walks through life with rose-colored glasses."
We’ll have to wait and see what this means, but it’s nice to finally have some pieces to the puzzle!
