For the second time in as many weeks, the cast of The Walking Dead Season 4 just got a bit bigger. Per Deadline, AMC’s wildly successful zombie drama has brought actress Alanna Masterson on board for a potentially lengthy arc.

Alanna comes from an acting family, and is the half-sister of That ‘70s Show’s Danny Masterson and Malcolm in the Middle’s Christopher Masterson.

Though details on her TWD role are sparse, Deadline speculates that the brunette beauty could be playing Tara Chalmers, a popular character from the comic books, though AMC would not confirm that theory. Regardless of who she is playing, Alanna’s character — simply described as a “new survivor” — will reportedly be introduced about halfway through Season 4.

It also seems like producers have plans for Alanna’s on-screen counterpart to stick around, because her role comes with an option to be promoted to series regular in Season 5. Way to go, girl!

Do you think Alanna is playing Tara, or is likely that producers have another character in mind for her? Vote below!

The Walking Dead Season 4 premieres on October 13 at 9 p.m. ET on AMC.
