There’s a nasty flu spreading around the prison on The Walking Dead, and though the illness has already taken out several members of Team Prison, Lauren Cohan (Maggie Greene) confirms that things only get worse for our beloved group of zombie apocalypse survivors in the coming episodes.

The british actress explains to TV Guide, “There's a point where the number of able-bodied people is one or two."

We already know that most of OG Team Prison has been exposed, but who are the chosen few that somehow managed to evade this deadly illness?

Lauren goes on to say that her on-screen counterpart, Maggie, is one of the lucky ones. "It gets to a point where Maggie is the only person who can actually fight," she reveals.

While being the only healthy person may be a lot for Maggie to handle, we’re relieved to know that she didn’t catch it — especially if she really is pregnant with Glenn Rhee’s (Steven Yeun) baby.

Still, the promo for Season 4, Episode 3: “Isolation," which is scheduled to air this Sunday, hints that Maggie may be headed for heartbreak. In the promo we see her telling her elderly father Hershel Greene (Scott Wilson), “I can’t let you do this.” Could Hershel have figured out a way to sacrifice himself for others?

We won’t know exactly what Maggie is referring to until Sunday night, but Hershel has his own voiceover in the promo that seems very ominous. “You don’t have a choice, you breathe and you risk your life,” he begins. “The only thing you can choose is what you’re risking it for.”

Are you surprised that Maggie is one of the only people who is not sick? Vote below!

The Walking Dead Season 4, Episode 3, “Isolation” airs on Sunday, October 27 at 9 p.m. ET.
