Not all celebs enjoy interacting with fans. The photos, the autographs, the crowds. Some famous folks would rather just avoid the whole shebang. But others take the time to appreciate the people who got them to that point. The Walking Dead’s Norman Reedus (Daryl Dixon) is regularly called out for being awesome and accessible to fans. He loves the show, he loves playing Daryl Dixon, and he loves the viewers who've helped him keep such a great gig.

Fans are always sharing stories about meeting Norman, and Norman regularly tweets photos with fans and shows off their artwork so they can have their own spotlight.

So it’s no surprise that Norman was high on Mike the Fanboy’s annual list of most fan-friendly celebrities. As Mike noted in his intro, “Now, to break it down, I polled all the MTF writers, had my ear to the ground and pounded the pavement to cull this list for you all. Qualifications you may ask? It’s not about signing multiples, it’s honesty who are really cool to their fans, willing to take that extra few minutes and are generally pleasant about it.”

Norman took second place, with this description: "All the cast members of The Walking Dead are pretty nice, but Norman Reedus takes the cake. He always signs and if he sees fans, he can’t help himself but run over, take photos and sign."

The only celeb to top Norman was ... Tom Cruise. Maybe this is why he's been one of the top movie stars for so long — he never forgets the people who got him there to begin with. Here's the full top 10: Tom, Norman, Daniel Radcliffe, Michael C. Hall, Mark Wahlberg, Zoe Saldana, Olivia Munn, The Men of Sons of Anarchy (it kinda feels like cheating to lump them all together), Aaron Paul and Colin Farrell.

There's a downside, though, since the site also listed the worst celebs when it comes to signing autographs and giving fans their time. We're a bit surprised by some of the names on this list, but maybe they were just caught in off moments or have their own legit reasons.

Have you met Norman in person, or any of TWD stars or the others named to Mike’s lists? What was your experience like?

The Walking Dead Season 4 returns on Sunday, February 9 at 9 p.m. ET on AMC.
