Counter-programming FTW! Not everyone wants to watch the 2014 Super Bowl — not all of it anyway — so cheers to AMC for scheduling a marathon of The Walking Dead on Sunday, February 2.

The network is airing Season 1 and Season 2 from Super Bowl Sunday into Monday, as a lead-in to the return of Season 4, which starts the next Sunday, February 9 at 9 p.m. ET. Season 3 and the first half of Season 4 will start airing the weekend of February 8-9 to catch you up before Episode 9 launches the final eight episodes of this season.

Here’s the breakdown:

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 2

10 a.m. ET — Season 1, Episode 1, "Days Gone Bye"

The rest of Season 1 follows.

4:30 p.m. ET — Season 2, Episode 1, "What Lies Ahead"

The rest of Season 2 follows, ending the night with "Pretty Much Dead Already" at 11 p.m. ET.

•  MONDAY, FEBRUARY 3

12 a.m. ET — Season 2, Episode 8, "Nebraska"

The remainder of Season 2 follows, ending with the finale, "Beside the Dying Fire," at 5 a.m. ET.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 8

2 p.m. ET — Season 3, Episode 1, "Seed"

The rest of Season 3 follows, ending the night with "Home" at 11 p.m. ET.

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 9 — SECOND HALF PREMIERE NIGHT!

12 a.m. ET — Season 3, Episode 11, "I Ain't a Judas"

The rest of Season 3 follows, ending with the finale, "Welcome to the Tombs," at 5 a.m. ET.

6 a.m. ET — To fill time, apparently, so the schedule matches up with the big Season 4 back half premiere, there are reruns starting at this point. AMC is re-airing Season 3's "Home," "I Ain't a Judas," "Clear," "Arrow on the Doorpost," "Prey," "This Sorrowful Life" and "Welcome to the Tombs," all in a row, ending Sunday at 1 p.m. ET.

1 p.m. ET — Season 4, Episode 1, "30 Days Without an Accident"

The rest of Season 4 follows, ending with the mid-season finale, "Too Far Gone" at 8 p.m. ET.

9 p.m. ET — Season 4, Episode 9 premiere

10 p.m. ET Talking Dead

11 p.m. ET — Season 4, Episode 9 encore

Here’s the full schedule, in case AMC adds or removes anything.
