We don’t know much about The Walking Dead’s Sgt. Abraham Ford (Michael Cudlitz) and his sidekicks Rosita Espinosa, (Christian Serratos) and Dr. Eugene Porter, (Josh McDermitt) but the fact that they seem to have control over a weak  Glenn Rhee, (Steven Yeun) and Tara (Alanna Masterson) has us a little worried. We met them in the final moments of Episode 10 and he’s not exactly warm and fuzzy.

In the promo for Season 4, Episode 11: “Claimed” below, Abraham’s military background is front and center. We hear him introduce himself as “Sergeant Abraham Ford”, and we see him bash a walker with his gun. But that’s not necessarily bad. He also calls Glenn “partner” and notes that they need each other and more people.

The promo then cuts to Michonne, (Danai Gurira) Rick Grimes, (Andrew Lincoln) and Carl Grimes, (Chandler Riggs) who are seen on the train tracks after playing house. Could they reunite with Glenn and newbie Tara? The promo certainly wants us to think that, but we’re not quite sure they come together so quickly.

Given how little we know about Abraham and his lackeys, that may not be such a bad thing, but we'll have to wait and see. In the final moments of the promo he tells Glenn, “She’s gone. No need for you to die too.” Is he talking about Tara? Maggie? Can we really trust him to protect our beloved Glenn?
