Norman Reedus (Daryl Dixon) spends several months out of the year down in Atlanta filming The Walking Dead, but now that Season 4 has wrapped and he’s got some time before Season 5 starts shooting in a few months, he’s back at his home in New York City. The Big Apple may be perpetually covered with snow this winter, but knowing Norman is on the same island as we are makes things a bit more bearable.

Norman may be in the midst of a well-deserved hiatus, but he’s always got TWD on the brain. Case in point, the 43-year-old actor is scheduled to appear as a guest on ABC’s LIVE With Michael and Kelly tomorrow, February 21, to talk about his role on the AMC hit. Other guests on tomorrow’s show include America’s Got Talent judge Howie Mandel and Olympic Gold Medalist Kaitlyn Farrington.

From what we’ve heard Norman won’t be featured much, if at all, in this Sunday’s Episode 11: “Claimed,” but we do know that his character Daryl has a standalone installment that’s set to air sometime before the Season 4 finale on March 30.

We’re a bit worried that this standalone episode could be the kiss of death for Daryl, and this talk show appearance is doing absolutely nothing to allay our fears, but we refuse to believe the last standing Dixon brother will die until we see it with our own eyes. Daryl Dixon forever!

The Walking Dead Season 4 airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET on AMC.
