Season 4, Episode 12 of The Walking Dead, “Still”, finally caught us up with Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) and Beth Greene (Emily Kinney) and next Sunday’s Episode 13, “Alone”, will have us continue with Daryl and Beth while also checking back in with Maggie Greene (Lauren Cohan), Bob Stookey (Larry Gilliard Jr.) and Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green).

After a rough start and a little too much Moonshine Daryl and Beth seemed to end Episode 12 on the same page as they burned the house and walked away together, but Maggie and her group don’t seem so lucky.

In the promo for “Alone” below we hear Sasha say, “We’ve got six bullets. Odds are we will be dead. That’s the reality.” As she’s uttering that sobering statement we see Daryl and Beth run through a graveyard, and when Maggie declares “I’m not giving up,” we cut to Sasha, Maggie, and Bob standing in a circle with their backs to each other.

Since Daryl and Beth both made it out of “Still” alive we foolishly assumed that meant neither of them  would be dying in the next few episodes, but next week looks just as precarious for our new favorite duo. The promo shows them running through the same graveyard, now at night, as Daryl tells Beth to “move back!”

And just when Beth was starting to get on our nerves, she wins some favor with her response. “I’m not gonna leave you!,” she yells.

In the final moments of the promo someone screams Bob’s name, but we don’t have much (read: anything) in the way of context. He could be in real danger, or it could be a clever editing trick trying to make us think his life is threatened.

Are you looking forward to Season 4, Episode 13: “Alone”? Watch the promo below and tell us your thoughts!

The Walking Dead Season 4 airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET on AMC.
