If you don't want to get stuck alone in The Walking Dead's zombie apocalypse, don't insist you can take care of yourself; learn how to track, hunt and make fire; and announce that the one person you know will miss you when you're gone. It just makes it look too obvious that you're going to have to prove your independence very soon.
This new U.K. promo copies most of the footage from the U.S. promo that aired after Episode 12, except for a new Beth and Daryl scene. AMC shared a pic from this ep, showing Beth inside a room, possibly in a funeral home. The promo also showed Beth and Daryl in a graveyard. This U.K. promo adds a couple of seconds set at night, inside their shelter, as walkers attack. Beth tosses Daryl's crossbow back to him. He yells at her to run, pointing in the opposite direction from where he's going. She says she's not going to leave him. We also see him running and hear him shout "Beth!" Is he just behind her at that point, trying to catch up to her?
It looks like they will get separated, but do you think they'll reconnect at some point, or will Beth and Daryl have to go it "Alone"?
We’ve been harping on the separation thing for a while, in part because Spoil the Dead shared filming spoilers from when these scenes were shot back in late October and early November. Daryl was seen walking train tracks with a gray-haired man. (Possibly this man.) But Beth and Dary could still reunite on the season finale, when “many paths collide.”
Are you nervous for this one? The Walking Dead Season 4 airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET on AMC. Check out more details on “Alone” here.
