If you were worried about The Walking Dead’s Brighton Sharbino and Kyla Kenedy after their characters, Lizzie and Mika respectively, were killed off the AMC show in Season 4, Episode 14: “The Grove,” then we suggest you focus your panic elsewhere. Sure, it was rough to watch both of the girls go — especially given that Lizzie brutally stabbed Mika and Carol Peletier (Melissa McBride) shot Lizzie in cold blood — but by the looks of it, these cuties are going to be just fine!

On the day their final TWD episode aired, March 16, Brighton and Kyla made a big announcement that we weren’t expecting. Brighton shared the great news with her fans on Instagram, writing, “Me & Kyla's song ‘Begin Again’ is up on iTunes now! We wrote it along with @cj_emmons inspired by Episode 414 #thegrove airing tonight. Music by @marty_shannon & @chasebutters. Excited for you to hear it ❤️ @kylakenedy4.” Along with the announcement Brighton posted a photo of herself, Kyal, and their team in the recording studio. Get it, girls!

We haven’t managed to catch a snippet of “Begin Again” just yet, but we can’t wait to hear the tune and see how it was inspired by Episode 14: “The Grove.” We doubt we’re in for a morbid walker ballad, but you never know!

Does it warm your heart to know that Brighton and Kyla are alive and well in real life and even managed to collaborate on a song together? Tell us what you think of this news below!

The Walking Dead Season 4 airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET on AMC.
