At this point, we'll take any The Walking Dead video we can get — even if it's a just a 30-second trailer for the Season 4 DVD release, with no new information on bonus features. It's still nice to look back on the season, so watch the trailer below. And good stuff will surely be included on DVD, they're just going to feed us (our powdered milk) the updates in stages.

Walking Dead Season 4 will be released on DVD/Blu-ray on August 26. You may have already seen the cool "Tree Walker" they're using as the iconic zombie for this year’s special edition.

McFarlane Toys always does an amazing job with the special editions, from the intricate zombie head for Season 2 to The Governor's head aquarium for Season 3. This time we have The Tree Walker, who was seen in Season 4, Episode 3, "Isolation." According to MTV, when you remove the Blu-rays from the folder, the walker's arm and head reach for you, and only go back in place when you return the discs.

Also, in case you need even more incentive to buy Season 4 in August, Andrew Lincoln was reportedly asked to do commentary for Episode 14, "The Grove," which will mark the first time he's actually seen the show. He doesn’t like watching himself, but since he’s not in that Carol/Ty/Lizzie/Mika episode, it’s probably a good place to start.

Do you plan to buy TWD Season 4 on DVD or Blu-ray? Are you hoping someone else gets it for you as a gift? Maybe given them a nudge in that direction...

The Walking Dead Season 5 premieres in October on AMC.
