Rickyl shippers, rejoice!

Whatever else is happening on The Walking Dead Season 5 set, Andrew Lincoln (Rick Grimes) and Norman Reedus (Daryl Dixon) are still in each other's company, which is how we like it.

According to The Spoiling Dead Fans, "Andrew and Norman were at the hospital location” yesterday, June 17. If you recall, TWD has been filming for the past week at a hospital in Newnan, Georgia, and they should be finishing up Episode 4 pretty soon. (They’re also planning to film on Friday back in Griffin, GA.) The site didn't say Rick and Daryl were filming together, but if they were at the set, it's at least a hint.

TSDF followed up by sharing a photo of the two actors, obviously not wearing their Rick and Daryl clothes anymore. (Andy really loves that John Deere hat.) Check it out:

Andy's beard IS in full effect. He looks even hairier than in the
only official Season 5 photo AMC has shown yet — the one of Rick peeking through the Terminus train car door.

So Rick is going to stay bearded at least through Episode 4. This is not to confuse his beard with Andrew J. West’s (Gareth) beard. That Andrew was also seen on set rocking more of a beard that we saw in the Season 4 finale, which made us think maybe some time had passed.

Speaking of beards, though: Do you like Andrew Lincoln with a beard or do you wish he'd get a trim or shave it all off? We're fond of scruffy Season 3-5 Rick, but not everyone has the same tastes. There's no way to make the man unattractive, so there's no wrong answer either way! Sure, it’s not high on his list of priorities, but if they follow the comic books trajectory and eventually get to the Alexandria Safe-Zone, maybe he’ll ditch the beard as a sign of settling into a more civilized existence?

The Walking Dead Season 5 premieres in October on AMC.
