Off with his head!

No one on Team Prison is terribly fond of The Governor, and we can think of at least two people in Woodbury who don't like him either. But sneak peeks of The Walking Dead Season 3 finale, Episode 16, "Welcome to the Tombs," show The Governor and some of his men entering the prison tombs, even as Team Prison packs up to leave. (Watch the sneak peeks below.) Is that a bluff? Did they booby trap the place? Or will the prison really be caught unaware?

Norman Reedus (Daryl Dixon) talked to The Hollywood Reporter about the finale. "It's a full-blown war," Norman told THR. "You have two herds of wild animals charging at each other and everyone has guns, knives and explosives. People will definitely die." (27 people?)

How will Daryl have changed after the death of his brother, Merle, on Episode 15? "He's going to become quiet and it's going to harden him," Norman said. "He grew up a lot in that moment and he's truly on his own. ... He definitely wants revenge, but at the same time, he's just becoming hardened by life." Speaking of revenge, don't plan on Daryl blaming Rick for what happened to Merle. He knows the source of all this nonsense. "He holds the Governor completely responsible for the situation," Norman said. "The situation that the Governor brought to the table has threatened everybody, and it got his brother killed. Daryl definitely wants to cut the guy's face off. He wants a ferocious revenge, he doesn't just want to see justice — he wants to rip his head off."

And he's not the only one ready for battle. "I don't think anybody needs a pep talk right now to go to war," Norman added. "Everyone is furious. Daryl has come back and he's furious, Michonne is furious, Glenn and Maggie are pissed. We fought hard to get that prison, and we don't want anybody telling us what to do, and it's become very personal for everyone. That's what the finale is about; everybody's toes have been crushed and everyone is ready to rip each other apart."

The humans are trying to kill each other off — congrats, zombies, you are officially winning the zombie apocalypse! Read a bunch of season finale spoilers/teases here. And, when you’re ready, fast forward for some teasers on Season 4.
