SPOILERS AHEAD! Stop reading if you don’t want details on the episode of The Walking Dead that aired on Sunday, November 25 on AMC.

The Governor’s head would look great in that fish tank. Hint, hint, Rick.

If The Walking Dead were an interactive show, we’d have to jump into Season 3, Episode 7, “When the Dead Come Knocking” to give The Gov (David Morrissey) and Merle (Michael Rooker) a beatdown for torturing Maggie (Lauren Cohan) and Glenn (Steven Yeun). Sick pigs. Hopefully Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and company can avenge their treatment, but now that Maggie has spilled the beans on the prison, does that put Hershel (Scott Wilson), Beth (Emily Kinney), Carl (Chandler Riggs), Carol (Melissa McBride) and Axel (Lew Temple) in danger? The A-team of Rick, Michonne (Danai Gurira), Daryl (Norman Reedus) and Oscar (Vincent Ward) are already at Woodbury, so the others could be vulnerable.

But now that Daryl is at Woodbury, that puts him in the same location as his brother, Merle. We’ve yet to see these two together, beyond Daryl’s little hallucination on Season 2. Merle may end up on the outs with The Governor, but he’s also going to be on the outs with Daryl for beating the crap out of Daryl’s friends. All of this sets us up nicely for next Sunday’s midseason finale, Episode 8,“Made to Suffer,” which is the last episode before TWD goes on a break, only to return for eight more episodes in February. Talk about torture!

MERLE TORTURES GLENN, AS MAGGIE LISTENS
Merle said he didn’t mean Glenn any harm when he found Glenn and Maggie last week, on their supply run. Yeah, Merle only abducts the people he loves. “You were an a*shole out there," Merle tells Glenn, "just like you were on that rooftop back in Atlanta.” Don’t even try it, Merle. He wants to guilt Glenn, saying what they did — leaving him back on the roof on Season 1 — you wouldn’t do to an animal. Never mind how Merle treated T-Dog on Season 1. And never mind how Merle is now saying he hopes T-Dog died slowly. Oh, Merle. Always putting the Dix in Dixon. He really knows how to use the pointy end of his new knife hand. But he doesn’t seem to realize finding Daryl would be pretty easy. Just head out past the gate and starting walking! Michonne figured it out easily enough. Nice headbutt from Glenn. More of that, please.

MICHONNE IS AT THE PRISON
She’s still covered in zombie guts, and stares down Rick. Why doesn’t she say anything? Her penchant for just glowering isn’t terribly smart in this situation. She’s surrounded by walkers, and passes out from her own wound. Carl shoots some walkers to help her. Carl looooooves to shoot things. So Rick goes out and helps Michonne. Hey, remember when Morgan and his son thought Rick was a walker on Season 1? They saved him from a gunshot wound, just the same as Rick and company are helping Michonne. Oh, Morgan. We can’t wait to see you again. Funny how nice Rick is to Michonne, who reaches for her katana before even giving her name. Rick takes her katana, just like The Governor did. She traded one alpha dog prison guard for another. Speaking of alphas, what do you think about Daryl and Michonne as a couple? Much more badass than Daryl and Carol.

OH HEY, CAROL!
Speaking of Carol, she’s alive. She and Rick have a sweet reunion hug, then she hugs Hershel. Daryl explains how he found her passed out and dehydrated. Carol, now that you’re alive, take care of this baby, please. She knows Lori is dead and she cries with Rick. No one has to say a word. It's actually pretty beautiful — and how nice when they can include these little moments of emotion during action-packed episodes. Michonne watches it all and frowns, as she always does. Seriously, a second expression would be great.

ANDREA IS STILL IN HEAT
The Governor gets a visit from Milton, who says Mr. Coleman is ready. Andrea wants more sexy time with The Gov, but he turns her down. He has something else for her to do. So do we — stop falling for psychos!

RICK TALKS TO MICHONNE
She says she found supplies dropped by a young Asian guy with a pretty girl. We know who that is! Rick grabs at her and she screams at him not to ever touch her. This meeting is not going well. So Rick tries a different tactic. “You came here for a reason.” She said there’s a town, Woodbury, about 75 survivors were taken there. She tells him about The Governor, “pretty boy, charming.” The prison is a straight shot, so why can’t Merle and The Gov just find it easily?

POOR GLENN IS ALL BLOODIED UP
Merle, it’s going to be hard for you to get back into the prison group’s good graces after this. Glenn says it’s just a matter of time before the group comes for them. Merle says he’ll bake a cake. Rick is the savior. Glenn mentions Andrea’s name along with some people who haven’t been around for a while, assuming Merle won’t know that. Should’ve left her out, since Merle knows Andrea is now in Woodbury.

WHAT SHOULD THE PRISON GROUP DO?
Hershel stitches up Michonne as the group debates what to do. To her credit, Beth volunteers to go out and find her sister. Daryl also jumps in as a volunteer. Rick leaves Carl in charge as he heads out to Woodbury. Rick talks to Carl about what he had to do, shooting his mom. Carl, stone-faced as ever, asks how long Rick will be gone. Carl is the new Rick.

CARL GIVES THE BABY A CRAP NAME
Carl tells Rick that Daryl has been calling the newborn girl Ass-Kicker. Carl wants to name the baby after his third-grade teacher, whose name was Judith. FAIL, Carl. That’s your story? All the people who have died, with perfectly nice names, and you pick Judith? Little Ass-Kicker was a perfectly respectable zombie apocalypse name. And we shall continue to call her Little AK.

EXPERIMENT TIME
The Gov takes Andrea over to meet Mr. Coleman, who has volunteered his body to walker experiments. Andrea and Milton do their Q&A work, as The Governor leaves to torture Maggie. Andrea thinks, when walkers turn, they have no unconscious mind. Remember Morgan, again? His wife kept returning home, even after she became a walker. Andrea and Milton have a chat about how he basically avoided ever watching someone turn into a walker because his parents were already dead, he was an only child and he telecommuted to work. Good argument for keeping to yourself! But this scene does not feel vital. They return to it later, but … it just shows how Milton doesn’t know anything about zombies. But it does show how fast Andrea is with a knife to the head. Good job, girl! Use that move on The Governor.

GLENN TAKES ON A WALKER, WHILE TIED TO A CHAIR
Merle, you are enjoying this too much. He brings in a walker, while Glenn is tied to his chair, to illustrate how he himself felt when he had to fight off walkers while chained to the Atlanta roof. Don’t blame Glenn for that, you sadist. A guy this crazy, it’s a wonder Andrea didn’t fall for him. Glenn shows the ass-kicking side he hasn’t been able to show off in a while. He holds his own against a walker, even while tied to the chair. This is why Glenn always gets called in for the tough jobs. Way to get bleep done, son! Love the rebel yell in the end. If they put Glenn in that Zombie Fight Club pit, he’d get rowdy.

THE GOVERNOR INTERROGATES MAGGIE
Maybe it would’ve been better if she got Merle. He may love violence a bit too much, but he’s not like this. The Gov starts by playing good cop, cutting her arms free from her chair. He asks her permission to sit down, says he’ll take her back to her people and explain it was a misunderstanding. She just has to say where they are. She wants to talk to Glenn. He says no. Her people are dangerous; they handcuffed one of his own men to the roof. Way out of context on that one, Gov. It doesn’t work on Maggie, so he asks her to stand up. He tells her to take off her shirt. “Take off your shirt or I’ll bring Glenn’s hand in here.” What is it with this show and body parts? She takes off her shirt and stands there in her bra and pants. “Go on,” he said. So she takes her bra off, then covers her chest. Andrea, this is the guy you like! The Gov takes his belt off, which is the international sign for I’m A Rapist Pig. He touches her hair and smells it. Creepy! He bends her over. She tells him to do whatever he’s going to do and go to hell. But he seems to pull back and doesn’t actually go through with it. Maybe he’s the kind of guy who likes a fight? He’s a sicko, so it might make sense.

RICK AND COMPANY FIND WALKERS IN THE WOODS
Rick thanks Daryl for stepping up while Rick was in his grief-stricken hallucination haze. “It’s what we do,” Daryl says. Aww. Bromance! Will Daryl side with Rick or Merle, when it comes down to it? What do you want him to do? The group comes upon some walkers in the woods and they take shelter in someone’s random cabin. There’s a crazy guy in the cabin. He has a gun. There are walkers outside as this guy goes nuts. Michonne just slices the guy up. But how are they going to get out? They feed the walkers and sneak out.

MAGGIE GIVES UP THE PRISON
The Governor comes into Glenn’s room and puts a gun to his head, in front of Maggie. She breaks. Maggie says their camp is a prison. It was overrun but they took it. They only have 10 people there. Oh, Maggie. She gave them decent intel. Did she do the right thing? Would you do the same? The Gov shushes her and hugs her and says it will be all right. This guy is CREEPY AS HELL. Even Merle has to see that was wrong, right? The Gov tells Merle his brother, Daryl, may be out there right now searching for Maggie and Glenn. (He is!) “Makes me wonder where your loyalties lie.” Good question. “Here,” Merle said. Crap. Wrong answer.

THE PRISON/WOODBURY PARTY IS ABOUT TO START...
The Gov comforts Andrea when she tells him that Mr. Coleman died. He gives her his everything’s going to be all right speech. The prison group is right outside the Woodbury gates now. The thumping beat in the background really brings the tension home. Can’t wait for next week!

COMING UP ON THE MIDSEASON FINALE
Rick's Prison Group vs. The Governor's Woodbury Group! And Andrea still doesn’t know what’s going on? Will Daryl reunite with Merle? Will someone head into the Zombie Fight Club pit? Can we vote The Governor off the island?
