Oh my. The synopsis for The Walking Dead Season 3 Episode 13, "Arrow on the Doorpost," states, "Rick and the Governor contemplate a peace treaty.” Um. BLOW OFF is probably more accurate. Here are some quotes from the promo for the Sunday, March 10 episode:
The Governor [to Rick]: "I'm here for one thing only: Your surrender."
Daryl: "It don't feel right."
Rick [to Andrea]: "You told me he was willing to talk!"
Glenn [to Merle]: "Are you suggesting that we just go in and kill him?"
Merle: "Yeah, I am."
The Gov: "This fight, it will go down to the last man."
Yeah, that doesn’t sound like much of a peace talk. Nice try, Andrea!
