Wetpaint Entertainment is here to set the record straight on matters related to your favorite stars — from Emma Stone's dietary choices to the Deschanel family tree.
Using our Internet wiles, we grabbed some of the most burning queries made to Google, Bing, and more hoping to shed some light on some hot topics. Get some answers below!
If you want to ask us a question more directly, you can do so on our Facebook page. We'd love to hear what's on your mind.
Does Emma Stone Eat Meat?
Emma Stone was honored by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals for her love of shelter dogs and spokeswoman work for animal-testing-free Revlon, but do those choices reflect in her diet, too?
We know from Emma Stone's interview with Vanity Fair in 2011 that she loves eating oysters, but we're not sure about animal products of the non-seafood variety — except that she told Glamour last year that she's scared of being "caught with a burger all over [her] face."
Maybe she's a pescatarian that loves a good veggie burger, or maybe she eats an old-fashioned cow-burger once in a while. Either way, her diet is not entirely plant-based, unless something's changed recently!
Is Justin Bieber a U.S. Citizen?
Justin Bieber is not an American citizen — the Canadian native holds a temporary O-1 visa, which grants the right to live in the United States due to a person’s “extraordinary ability," which in this case means Justin's musical talent.
Given Justin's recent legal troubles, including a DUI in Miami, combined with his immigration status, much hubub has been made about deporting the Biebs back to Canada. Fortunately for American Beliebers, immigration attorney Harlan York told Wetpaint Entertainment last month that Justin's unlikely to be kicked out of the States.
“About a decade ago, the Supreme Court ruled that driving under the influence, typically, is not a basis to deport someone,” he explained. “Neither are the related charges, such as excessive speed or driving without a license. Driving offenses, as a rule, do not.”
A pending assault charge in Toronto, Harlan says, won't have any bearing on Justin's visa, either. He'd only have to start worrying if any drug charges hit the pop star's record, which, as of right now, isn't an issue.
Are Zooey Deschanel and Emily Deschanel Twins?
They're both gorgeous, super-talented TV stars with a relatively uncommon last name. But are New Girl star Zooey Deschanel and Bones star Emily Deschanel twins? No. But close — they're sisters!
While the pair came from the same parents, they have a few years between them. Zooey, born January 17, 1980, is 34; Emily, born October 11, 1976, is 37.
