Ladies and gentlemen, the future Mrs. President of the United States… Oops! Sorry, it’s not Andi Dorfman we’re talking about, because The Bachelorette has been put on a little holdsies for the evening. Or, at least, the new episode has been. In fact, it’s basically a Frankenwedding happening this evening. Stay with us, we’ll explain.
There have been four episodes so far of Season 10, and we’ve loved every one of them (oh, except for that one long, drawn out part with Eric Hill’s super sad exit and fight with Andi). So, we’re not stressing too hard that tonight’s (June 9) episode is going to be a lil walk down fresh memory lane.
As show boss Robert Mills tweeted this morning, “#Bachelornation although there is no #Bachelorette tonight from 8-9 there is a recap special. It's mostly clips from first 4 eps but it will have last week's rose ceremony so we can all get closure with Tasos #TheBachelorette.”
Fans who tuned in to watch June 2’s mercurial episode were likely left with a little trauma not just from Eric’s exit, but from the lack thereof for Tasos Hernandez. The 30-year-old from Denver won’t be on June 16’s Episode 5, since he was eliminated at the Rose Ceremony that never aired. We’re not sure how ABC will make the something old, something new work, but there’s even more we haven’t seen that will be included.
Star Andi added a little bigger peek into the ‘sode, tweeting “We are on tonight at 8pm!! 1 hour special of highlights from the journey so far + some deleted scenes! @BacheloretteABC #TheBachelorette.” Gotcha, girl. So, basically, if you need something to play on your small screens while you drink that wine you stocked up on, tune in from 8-9 p.m. ET/PT to ABC to watch the roses fly.
