The 2014 Golden Globes are just days away — aka the most fun night of awards season. You take the best of the best from TV and film, put them all in a room together, throw in an open bar, and you’re always in for a good time. Plus, we’ve got Amy Poehler and Tina Fey at the helm again as hosts, so of course it’ll be pure magic.
But what will the A-list stars of the big and small screen be eating alongside their cocktails this year? E! News just got the scoop on the night’s official menu, and boy are we jealous!
For the appetizer course, the chefs have prepared a healthy assortment of grilled vegetables, hummus, pita bread, feta cheese, multi-grain tabbouleh, and more. Not a bad choice to go light, considering these people will have dieted for a month before to fit into those couture gowns!
The main course will be a harissa-crusted braised short rib (good god, yes!), lightly smoked sea trout, and spinach, corn, and polenta side dishes.
Finally, the chef’s will close things out with a sweet mango yogurt mousse for dessert, which they’ll serve with bottles of Moët & Chandon champagne for an end of the evening toast. L’Chaim!
And for all of those picky Hollywood dieters, the kitchen will also have gluten-free and vegan options.
