We've been sitting with a huge Grey's Anatomy cliffhanger for over a month — ever since Jackson (Jesse Williams) interrupted April (Sarah Drew) and Matthew's (Justin Bruening) wedding to steal away the bride in Season 10, Episode 12, "Get Up, Stand Up" — so we're justifiably anxious to know when we'll know April's decision.
According to Sarah Drew, April's off-screen counterpart, we'll have our answer in the first few moments of the midseason return — Episode 13, "Take It Back," airing February 27.
"We pick up moments after where we left off, and we will know who April has chosen right off the bat," she tells TVLine.
And, she reckons, this will be a watercooler moment not just for Grey's fans but also for the fictional doctors themselves: "No matter who she chose, people are going to be murmuring and gossiping about this forever."
In case you missed the pivotal April moment, April and Matthew were standing at the altar in front of their gathered friends and family — and readying to say their "I do's" — when Jackson stood up, sat back down again, and then stood up once more.
"I love you, April. I always have. I love everything about you. Even the things I don't like, I love. And I want you with me. I love you, and I think… that you love me too. Do you?"
Cue shocked expressions on everyone's face — except Alex (Justin Chambers), who looked (hilariously) exasperated. And no one was more stunned than the seriously-blushing bride herself.
Decision time, Dr. Kepner!
