It’s crunch time on Planet X, X Factoids (remember, you agreed we could call you that?) and it’s time to get some skin in this game. So, whether you’ve recently traveled to the home of your friendly neighborhood bookie, or you’re just betting your son’s allowance in Vegas on your favorite contestant, chances are you’ve chosen a favorite horse in the X Factor race.
Are you throwing your chips behind 13-year-old Carly Rose Sonenclar, who has been nearly flawless throughout the competition? With her giant voice and tiny nerves, she’s a pretty good bet to be the champ. The girl is a stone-cold professional and her song choices have been some of the best of the competition. But she has gotten a little criticism for not ever looking like she’s having fun. Like, seriously, she’s in middle school — where’s the squeeing?
Maybe you’re more of a citizen of Tate Nation, and have Tate Stevens (or Stephen Eatinger, if you’re nasty) car-wrap vinyl decal on order at your local detailing salon. With a cowboy hat that big and a heart as true as ‘Merica, this country league-leader is one of the surest bets in town. It’s probs true that he’ll have a big career no matter what happens, but will it start with a five million dollar Syco contract, or will he have to wait ‘til the show’s over to fire the startin’ gun (that’s a NASCAR reference, okay?).
Then, there’s Fifth Harmony. These girls have the distinct advantage of having five times as many people in their act than either of the others, which should mean five times the fans. (Mathletes unite!) Unfortunately for these girls, some people react like this. Buuuuuut, they are sweet, talented, beautiful girls who have hearts pure as unicorns and faith for days.
But it’s not up to us, guys. Our horses are out of this race already. Who do you think is going to win? Weigh in below.
