X Factor 2013: Who Are the Top 3 Contestants?

Drumroll please. We’ve got our final three contestants for Season 3 of The X Factor. These are the acts that will go head-to-head on December 18 to win America’s final vote and claim the title of Season 3 X Factor victor officially on December 19. Sound tough? You bet your official Demi Lovato fan club t-shirt it sounds tough.

After a harsh elimination of semifinalists Restless Road, the final three acts remaining on the show are as follows:

Alex & Sierra — Team Simon Cowell
Alex & Sierra have been stars all season with only a few minor bumps on their road to fame as music’s hottest dating duo. Now the couple of 22-year-old cuties will get a chance to prove their ready for the big time during the two-part finale. Think Simon Cowell is seeing double the dollar signs yet?

Jeff Gutt — Team Kelly Rowland
As the sole remaining member of the Over 25s team, Jeff Gutt had two things to prove: First, that he could keep up with the show’s young things and second, that Kelly Rowland knows what she’s doing as one of X Factor USA’s new judges. So far, so good on both fronts with the 37-year-old rocker from Detroit belting out another pair of hits that claimed his finale spot.

Carlito Olivero — Team Paulina Rubio
Everybody loves an underdog! Carlito Olivero fought his way back to the top of the pack this week after several rounds of being on the bottom. Determined to succeed, the 24-year-old Chicago native looked to take the judges’s advice to heart and show America his sexy side. And clearly that worked with Carlito an official member of the Season 3 Top 3!

What do you make of the news? Are you shocked to see the beloved country boy band bite the dust, or do you think this is the best top three ever? Share your feels in the comments below.
