Who Went Home on The Bachelor Season 18 Premiere?

Pobrecito Juan Pablo! It can’t be easy to say goodbye to women as lovely as the ones who greeted him in The Bachelor’s Season 18 premiere. With a pool of 27 eligible ladies holding such varied professions as “prosecutor,” “opera singer,” and “free spirit”, ABC pulled out all the stops. But unfortunately for nine of those hopefuls, there were only 18 roses to dole out in the season’s first Rose Ceremony.

So who didn’t make the cut? Sadly, Lauren H. may have overshared her way out of Bachelor Mansion. It’s probably for the best — she was engaged only a few months ago and we’re not so sure she’s ready for a new relationship.

Along with her was Kylie, who unfortunately misheard Juan Pablo calling her name instead of Kat Hurd’s. Massage therapist Amy J. also must have rubbed JP the wrong way, because he sent her to pack up her oils and go.

But these ladies are in good company. In a normal season, we could see any of these girls making it far. It’s just that Juan Pablo’s so sexy, he brought in the very cream of the crop. Here are all the ladies who may not have won a rose tonight, but certainly earned their chance to complete:

Alexis Morgado, 24, Tampa, FLAmy Jokinen, 31, Los Angeles, CAAshley Poe, 25, Denton, TXChristine Llano, 24, Miami, FLKylie Lewis, 23, Rockford, ILLacy Faddoul, 25, La Jolla, CALauren Higginson, 25, Edmond, OKMaggie Gantt, 25, North Augusta, SCVal Eredia, 26, Sutter, CA

What do you think — did Juan Pablo make the right choices, or is this Bachelor high on rose fumes?
