Who Will Go Home on Dancing With the Stars 2013 Week 4?

By Dancing With the Stars Week 4, you have to hope for a score higher than 18. But two couples got 18s — while one got a 27 — on Season 16’s Best Year of Your Life Week. It was not a great week for Lisa Vanderpump, who overbooked herself and fainted in rehearsals. Her Cha-Cha closed the show and she’s likely to get sympathy and support votes to carry her into Week 5, when hopefully she’ll have more time to rehearse without running herself ragged.

Here’s the judges’s leaderboard, after the Week 4 Performance Show:

Aly & Mark — 27

Kellie & Derek — 26

Zendaya & Val — 26

Jacoby & Karina — 24

Ingo & Kym — 23

D.L. & Cheryl — 21

Andy & Sharna — 21

Sean & Peta — 20

Victor & Lindsay — 18

Lisa & Gleb — 18

Sean Lowe and Peta Murgatroyd got a score of 20, so you could consider them in trouble, but probably not. They danced first and that’s just a tough spot in general. Do you think the comedians are in trouble, over in the 21 club? Andy Dick’s dance was so beautiful it didn’t just make judge Carrie Ann Inaba cry, she sobbed. And D.L. Hughley had his best dance so far. Then again, that could make people think he’s safe, and not in need of more sympathy/save me votes.

If we had to guess, we’d say Victor Ortiz & Lindsay Arnold are going home. They’re not only tied for the lowest scores — against someone who will probably get sympathy votes — they just weren’t part of the memorable drama this week. No offense to Victor’s boxing story, but he didn’t faint or make anyone cry, and his Paso Doble left a lot to be desired. He also danced second, and it’s possible voters overlooked him by the end of the night.

Victor and Lindsay and Lisa and Gleb Savchenko have been in the bottom two before. Lindsay and Gleb are two of the newer pros — along with Sharna Burgess, who was in the bottom two last week. It’s a tough place to be and there’s nothing they can do about it — other than dance well and win people over, as all the other pros have done, one season at a time. We’ll be surprised if one of the newer pros doesn’t go home tomorrow, although it would be sad to lose any of them.

Nobody really danced horribly this week, although Lisa and Victor probably did deserve the lowest scores. Do you think sympathy will help Lisa make it to Week 5? What’s your elimination prediction?
