Real Housewives of New Jersey: Why Did Teresa and Rino Aprea Divorce? — Report

On this week's episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6, Victoria Gotti showed up long enough to dish that Rino and Teresa Aprea divorced because Rino cheated on Teresa with her own mother, Santa.

They have flatly denied that crazy rumor, but they've never hidden the fact that they did divorce when they were younger, only to get back together 11 years later. So, what did drive the pair apart once upon a time?

Well, according to All Things Real Housewives's sources, the answer is much more mundane: Rino had an inappropriate relationship with a "stripper."

So, it sounds like Rino probably did cheat, which isn't a huge surprise. After all, they must have divorced for a reason, and Teresa even mentioned in a talking head that she's positive that Rino slept with lots of women while they were divorced, because he's a guy.

Clearly, whatever happened, Teresa and Rino were able to eventually put it behind them, and they seem perfectly happy together now.

That alone makes Victoria's story basically impossible to believe. We can understand Teresa forgiving Rino for simply cheating (especially if she was convinced he matured before they got back together), but it's hard to imagine anyone forgiving someone for cheating on them with their own mom!
