Why Are Yolanda and David Foster Really Selling Their Malibu Home?

One of our favorite locales on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is Yolanda and David Foster’s beautiful house — but it looks like we won’t be seeing much of it anytime soon. Yep, Yolanda and David’s gorgeous digs are on the market. (They put it up earlier this year, so we’ve had a little time to cope with the tragedy.) The only question is: Why?

Simple, says David. Traffic. “I love being in Malibu, but I’ve been here for 30 years, and the drive is starting to wear on me," he told Haute Living. "You can’t just have dinner with friends who live in town. You have to leave here at five to get there at seven because of the traffic." The couple plans on purchasing "a small house with a city view" in the neighborhood behind the Beverly Hills Hotel. Not too shabby, eh?

In the same interview, David revealed how he and Yolanda met. Turns out they were introduced through Yolanda’s ex-husband, Mohamed Hadid. “[Mohamed] and I were friends, and we had this plan that we were going to live together. I was walking around his house, and I saw all these photographs of him and [Yolanda] and their children," David shared. "I said, ‘That’s your ex-wife, and I’d like to meet her.’ So he introduced us." That’s pretty cute! We can’t wait to see the couple’s new home. If it’s even half as gorgeous as their last home, it’s sure to be amazing.

What do you think of David and Yolanda’s marriage? Are you sad to see their old home go? Tell us what you think in the comments!
