Will Smith opened up to Late Late Show host James Corden about the possibility of playing Barack Obama in a movie.

During the first installment of Carpool Karaoke: The Series on Apple Music, the actor said he has actually discussed the topic with President Obama himself.

In the video, James asks the star if anyone has spoken to him about potentially playing the former President in a movie.

"I talked to Barack about it," Will replies.

"He told me he felt confident that I had the ears for the role."

The two go on to joke about how the film star could incorporate his catchphrases into the movie, which hasn't actually been proposed.

"'Oh hell no' when they come into the situation room," the former Fresh Prince star says.

Elsewhere in the segment, the two sing some of Will's hit songs like "Summertime" and "Gettin Jiggy Wit It."

Will is the first guest on Carpool Karaoke: The Series, a spin-off of the popular segment from The Late Late Show.

But his conversation with James is far from the only instance of Carpool Karaoke magic.

The segment has featured stars like Madonna, Adele and Katy Perry

In a special Christmas segment, a plethora of stars appeared in the car with James to sing a rendition of Mariah Carey's "All I Want For Christmas Is You."

The clip features Mariah, of course, as well as Demi Lovato, Gwen Stefani, Elton John and more.

In March, the segment featured Victoria Beckham playing a mannequin only James can see come to life.

Vicky and I!! Who wore it better?!?! Still laughing @j_corden #mannequin X VB
