Woman Kicked Off Plane For Singing Whitney Houston Songs?

You know you're a bad singer when a pilot stages an emergency landing to shut you up.

In the tradition of truth being stranger than fiction, an American Airlines flight from L.A. to NYC made an unscheduled stop in Kansas City due to a "disruptive" female passenger. According to KCTV, she disrupted the flight in part by singing Whitney Houston songs.

You can see a video on the plane here, featuring the woman singing Whitney's song from The Bodyguard, "I Will Always Love You."

"The woman was being disruptive and was removed from the plane for interfering with the flight crew," airport spokesman Joe McBride said Friday. "There was a federal air marshal on the aircraft, who subdued the woman and put her in cuffs and removed her from the plane."

McBride said the woman (not named) claimed she was diabetic, perhaps arguing a medical reason for her behavior. American refused to fly the lady to her destination, so she had to make other arrangements.

Imagine if she took a bus or a train and sang at those passengers the whole way...
