All that dancing has kept Kelly Rowland in amazing shape for years, but the former Destiny’s Child singer looks better by the day!

Gracing the cover of Shape’s October 2013 issue, the 32-year-old X Factor judge shows off her killer abs and mile-long legs in a camo-print bikini.

One look at Kelly’s body is enough to make us hate her forever, but we can rest assured that she works hard to earn that crazy physique!

“I work out five or six times a week,” she reveals to the magazine. “As I’m getting older, the Rowland family trait of having bigger bottoms is taking its toll on my hips and butt. The other day, [my trainer] had me doing squats that were so hard, I wanted to kill her.”

Of course, it’s not just exercise that does a body good. Though Kelly refuses to say the word “diet,” she does follow a clean eating plan that includes lots of veggies and fish. She also searches out healthy alternatives when the inevitable craving hits.

“When I want a steak, I grill some Portobello mushrooms and put a little goat cheese on them. And I’ve learned to satisfy my sweet tooth by replacing Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups with half a tablespoon of almond butter on half a banana.”

Kelly’s clearly dedicated to her healthy lifestyle, but what keeps her motivated when she’s feeling too lazy to hit the gym?

“I like what it feels like naked,” she admits. “I want to look good naked. Everybody wants to look good naked. That’s the goal.”
