Can you believe we’re at the final four of The X Factor’s third season? We can’t either, but that’s what happened tonight (December 5). The Top 6 were brutally chopped down to just four remaining contestants who will compete in next week’s Live Show to earn a spot in the two-part December 18 and 19 finale.

So who are the lucky X Factor Top 4? It was a tough road to get here, especially after the amazing December 4 live performances, but got there we did and here are the details on your remaining four:

Restless Road — Team Simon Cowell
The trio of country crooners was an obvious pick for the semifinals, especially after they proved they had smoothed out their rough edges during last night’s unplugged performance of “Wake Me Up” by Avicii. With that number climbing the iTunes music charts, could Restless Road be the act to usher in a new era of country boy bands?

Alex & Sierra — Team Simon Cowell
Also from Team Simon (how happy must Mr. Nasty be right now?), Alex & Sierra were also shoe-ins for the semis. The couple hit both of their December 4 performances out of the park, first with their diva-licious “Say My Name” by Destiny’s Child and later their unplugged take on “Say Something” by A Great Big World.

Jeff Gutt — Team Kelly Rowland
Although his second song of December 4 didn’t get rave reviews from the judges, Jeff’s passion and talent shone through. The single dad from Detroit is currently rocking the rock music charts and will undoubtedly lend a real edge to next week’s shows.

Carlito Olivero — Team Paulina Rubio
We’ll be the first to admit we thought Carlito Olivero was down for the count after his sub-par performances on December 4, but this seasoned boxer still has fight in him yet! After sparring off with Rion Paige in the “Save Me Song” round, the 24-year-old claimed the final spot in the Top 4. Good for you, Carlito.

These results mean judge Demi Lovato is officially out of the running for the Season 3 winner. But, as they say, the show must go on. What do you make of the Top 4?
