It all comes down to this. After more than three months of stress, singing, and more stress, The X Factor has its final Top 3 and tonight (December 18) they'll fight to win it all.

In the running are Alex & Sierra, Carlito Olivero, and Jeff Gutt. That means every judge but Demi Lovato has a horse in this race so expect competition to be fierce both on and off the stage.

The three final acts will be performing during the two-hour Wednesday night show to try and get that final last surge of votes to claim the Season 3 title. It's bound to be a jam-packed 120 minutes so pop that popcorn, pour that mixed drink, and prepare. Also, have some tissues handy. We have a feeling this might be an emotional ride.
