Summer is almost upon us, and we've spent the last ten minutes eating pizza and staring in awe at Britney Spears' ridiculously fit bikini body on June's cover of Shape.

The magazine hits newsstands May 20th, and despite the fact that she’s had two kids, the Queen of Pop looks just as amazing as she did back in her glory days
— aka the 90s. Our jaws have officially dropped.

Apparently, Brit-Brit has been hitting the gym non-stop to get her body in shape for her
upcoming Las Vegas residency, and her workout routine is no joke.

“I’m doing 90 minutes of yoga twice a week in addition to a lot of cardio
hour-long sessions three times a week with my trainer, Tony Martinez,” Britney tells Shape. “The [Vegas] performances won’t be simple they’ll be a massive party from start to finish. And to pull this off, I have to be in top condition and running at full speed.”

But before you hit the gym in the hopes of morphing into Godney, keep in mind that a healthy diet is key. Britney uses the Nutrisystem program to stay fit, which means she has a shake for breakfast and lunch (um, nope), and a simple dinner of proteins and veggies.

Of course, Britney isn't perfect (that's a lie), and she indulges her sweet tooth now and then with some delicious chocolate chip cookies. “I try not to make those too often or I’ll eat the whole bowl of dough,” she says.

We feel that, girl. Eating dough right now.
