Update: As it turns out, "Christopher Federline's" claims were fabricated by convicted felon Jonathan Lee Riches, a man known to have filed hundreds of foolish lawsuits against celebrities, politicians, and other notable figures. According to the Smoking Gun, Riches previously posed as the father of Selena Gomez and accused Justin Bieber of stealing his credit card to pay for a "penis enlargement." Most recently, Riches was arrested for posing as "Jonathan Lanza," the fictional uncle of Sandy Hook Elementary School shooter, Adam Lanza.
Original Story: Ahh, the holidays. The perfect time to make a fire, exchange a few gifts, and engage in some dysfunctional family drama — something Britney Spears may know a thing or two about.
The 31-year-old X Factor judge was recently hit with some outlandish claims from Christopher Federline, the younger brother of Brit’s ex-husband, Kevin Federline.
According to a report from Radar Online, Christopher has filed a restraining order against Britney, claiming that the star stole his credit card, insulted his masculinity, and threatened to go public with the fact that he is the real father of Britney’s first son, Sean Preston.
“She is out-of-control and a maniac,” Christopher said in the court documents, which also claim that Britney stole Christopher’s credit card and used it to buy $4,569.02 worth of Archie and Betty Boop comics for her boys.
When K-Fed’s baby bro reached out to Britney to dispute the comic book charges, Britney allegedly “laughed at me [Christopher] and told me my brother Kevin ruined her life,” “told me I have a small penis, she also blackmailed me and told me if I tell the police that she stole my credit card that she will tell the world I’m the true father of Sean Preston, not Kevin.”
Whether these downright bizarre claims are true or not, the local judge does not seem to be buying it. In a follow-up filing, a judge dismissed Christopher’s case, Us Weekly reports.
