Former X Factor judge and music mogul L.A. Reid has just put his Park Avenue crib up for sale — and the floorplans of the 515 Park Avenue building are very impressive.
L.A. bought the 5,000-square-foot 10th floor back in 2000 for $9.43 million, according to the site The Real Deal.
What is prompting the sale of the condo, you ask? It’s most likely due to the fact that his kids are grown up and there isn’t use for six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, five half-bathrooms, and three elevators.
Phew, that was a mouthful.
Now that the nest is empty, the $14,805 monthly cost just seems a bit much.
By putting the condo on the market at $18.9 million, L.A. has made quite the flip from the $9.43 million he bought it for. Let’s get this guy on HGTV.
Check out this link to see the dining room and floor plan to the apartment.
You can see where L.A. eats. Well, maybe. He could also be eating in the eat-in kitchen, one of the six bedrooms, or the “residence gallery.”
