Yep, the ex-husband of the woman who just left American Idol is reportedly joining The X-Factor.

TMZ's sources close to Marc Anthony say he recently signed a deal to be a celeb mentor for his buddy Simon's team on Season 2. If you remember, Simon "won" the first season with Melanie Amaro. Justin Bieber has already been named a guest mentor for L.A. Reid's team.

X-Factor Season 2 premieres Wednesday, September 12 at 8/7c on FOX; part two of the premiere will air Thursday, September 13 at 8 p.m.
