If you’ve been watching The X Factor since last week, you’ve probably noticed how hot Khloe Kardashian looks with a mic in her hand. We know, we know. It must be hard to look past Mario Lopez’s bulging, um, dimples, but you’ll get there.

Khloe dished to Life & Style about how she trimmed up and slimmed down for the hosting gig.
“I’m working out consistently, three to five days a week,” the reality starlet tells the mag. “I’m not where I want to be…but it’s a lifestyle change.”

But she’s not doing it on her own. She’s brought in the big guns... well, Gunnar Peterson, that is. The celebrity trainer writes up new workout plans for Khloe each day so she doesn’t get bored. As for her work ethic, the trainer says, “Her intensity is unbelievable. She’s there 20 minutes early and never stops for the entire 60 minutes.”

Besides her workouts, Khloe has also taken on a new approach to food. “I’m just changing my diet slowly,” she says of her diet revisions. She has also cut out sweets. But don’t think that this is a “no pain, no gain” sorta sitch. Khloe still allows herself to indulge every once in awhile. “If I do too much too soon...I know I’ll go back and binge eat — and cry.” We feel you, girl.
