We are always wondering why contestants on The X Factor sing one song when we would rather hear another, and it seems the powers that be heard our thoughts. The FOX show teamed up with mega-sponsor Pepsi (yeah, we see you guzzling that, Britney) to present a challenge to fans in picking out this week’s songs for the Top 6. To fill the time and show off another side to each contestant, they will also be singing unplugged versions of popular songs.

So, what are they singing this week? Here’s the complete list (Pepsi Challenge, unplugged, respectively):

Carly Rose Sonenclar — Beyonce’s “If I Were a Boy” and Justin Bieber's "As Long As You Love Me"
Diamond White — Rihanna’s “Diamonds” and James Brown's "It's a Man's, Man's, Man's World"
CeCe Frey — Katy Perry’s “Part of Me” and Lady Gaga’s “Edge of Glory“
Tate Stevens — Garth Brooks's “If Tomorrow Never Comes”
Fifth HarmonyDemi Lovato’s “Give Your Heart a Break” and Adele's "Set Fire to the Rain"
Emblem3  — Bob Dylan’s “Forever Young” and Bruno Mars’s “Just the Way You Are”

What do you think of these choices — will they allow all of the final six contestants to shine equally, or are some in a better position to break through than others? Weigh in below with your thoughts.
