X Factor head honcho and music mogul Simon Cowell has buckets of money — well, more like mountains. He’s worth $329 million, according to The Hollywood Reporter. What do you do with that much money? If you’re Simon Cowell, you buy a bunch of houses — both for yourself and for your ex-girlfriends.

Simon maintains a number of residences, including a palatial estate in Los Angeles, another home in England, and a vacation mansion in Spain, according to The Mirror. Hey, why not?

Simon also purchased an $8 million mansion for ex Mezhgan Hussainy and a $5 million abode for ex Terri Seymour, according to TMZ.
