After CeCe Frey’s emotional elimination on X Factor’s December 6 live show, we bit our nails in anticipation of who would be next to go her own way, and who would be safe. So, who’s making it through to the Top 4 and the semi-finals next week?

First announced was boy band Emblem3 who impressed fans last week with their renditions of “Forever Young” and Bruno Mars’s “Just the Way You Are.” Next up to go through was 13-year-old Carly Rose Sonenclar, who has been making herself comfortable in the top spot for the last two weeks.

With only one more safe from singing for their lives, we couldn’t have been more nervous. Tate Stevens won the last spot thanks to his strong performances of “Living on a Prayer” and “If Tomorrow Never Comes” on the December 5 show.

Then, 13-year-old Diamond White and girl group Fifth Harmony sang for for their lives, and the judges voted Fifth Harmony in to join Emblem3, Carly Rose, and Tate in the semi-finals on December 12.
