Jennifer Lawrence Wants an Acting Break: “I’m Going to Turn My Phone Off For a Year!” (VIDEO)
Being flawless is exhausting. Just ask your top BFF and ours, Jennifer Lawrence, who tells Empire magazine that she's ready for a much-needed vacation — and is even mulling over a year-long break from her Oscar-winning acting career.
In the interview, the 23-year-old bemoans her hectic schedule but owns up to it: "It's okay. It's my fault. I get little breaks here and there."
However, she says, just wait until she slings the last arrow as Katniss Everdeen: "On the last day of Hunger Games, I’m going to turn my phone off for a year!"
The two-part Hunger Games finale — aka Mockingjay — is currently in production, but Jen still has a long list of films in the pipeline.
For one, there's X-Men: Days of Future Past to promote this spring. She also has Serena in the can, which is yet another film with Bradley Cooper.
As for projects still in development, she's attached to four dramas: Burial Rites, The Glass Castle, The Rules of Inheritance, and East of Eden. And she's said to be teaming up with director David O. Russell for a third time in a film based on the Miracle Mop inventor.
So rest assured, J.Law fans — we have a feeling she's not leaving multiplexes anytime soon!
