New York Post Gives Props to The Real Housewives of Atlanta

The Real Housewives of Atlanta are proving themselves the fairest of them all this season and the New York Post is taking notice. The Big Apple daily paper recently wrote up an article titled "Real Housewives of Atlanta Just Peachy After Six Seasons," where they interviewed Kenya Moore for her take on why the show might be so successful.

"You can't overlook the fact that we're an all brown-girl cast this season, but what makes our show also different from the rest is we're funny," Kenya told the paper.

She went on to say that the Hotlanta gals have as much drama as the next Housewives, but it's the way they handle themselves that sets them apart from the rest.

"We have all of these crazy dramas that happen and we're exposing our lives and who we are and that is in and of itself very interesting and very compelling," Kenya explained, adding, "But on top of all that, we still manage to be funny and laugh at each other. It makes it easy to watch."

We have to agree with Kenya. There's just something about the Atlanta franchise that has us laughing in even the craziest of moments. And, then, we realize that we're laughing with them, not at them, unlike many of the other Real Housewives cities.

The Post went on to theorize that the show's success is the reason why it's had more spin-offs than any of the other RH shows. That makes perfect sense to us!
